Business areas

Six business areas, one accountable chain.

Each of these could be a company on its own. Running them together is what lets us stand behind a product from the point it is made to the point somebody takes it home.

Made under controlled conditions

Manufacturing

Production of prescription and over-the-counter medicines under controlled, documented conditions, with checks recorded at every stage.

Manufacturing sits at the front of everything else we do. Formulation, filling and packing run to written procedures, and every stage is signed off before the next one begins. Batch records stay with the product for its whole life, so a question asked two years from now still has an answer.

  • Prescription and over-the-counter formulations
  • Written procedures at every production stage
  • Batch records retained and retrievable
  • In-process and finished-product checks

Procurement

Sourcing from vetted manufacturers and licensed suppliers. Every batch arrives with its paperwork, and nothing enters stock without it.

What we do not make, we buy, and we are careful about who we buy it from. Suppliers are checked before a first order and reviewed after it. Registration details, batch numbers and expiry dates are recorded on arrival, and stock that cannot be accounted for is not accepted.

  • Supplier checks before and after first supply
  • Registration details verified on arrival
  • Batch and expiry recorded against every delivery
  • Rejected stock returned, never shelved

Storage

Warehousing built around the product: temperature control where it matters, batch traceability, and stock rotated so nothing reaches you near expiry.

A medicine is only as good as the conditions it has been kept in. Our warehousing separates stock by type and handling requirement, holds temperature-sensitive lines in cold chain, and rotates on first-expiry-first-out so short-dated product never quietly works its way to the back of a shelf.

  • Cold chain for temperature-sensitive lines
  • First-expiry-first-out stock rotation
  • Segregated storage by product type
  • Stock counted and reconciled on a cycle

Distribution

Scheduled delivery to pharmacies, hospitals and clinics, with the chain of custody recorded from our shelf to yours.

Orders are picked against the paperwork, checked a second time before they leave, and delivered to a schedule agreed with you rather than whenever a vehicle happens to be going that way. Temperature-sensitive lines travel in cold chain, and every delivery is signed for.

  • Agreed delivery schedules, not ad-hoc runs
  • Two-stage pick and check before dispatch
  • Cold chain maintained in transit
  • Signed proof of delivery on every drop

Retail and Wholesale

Counter sales for individual customers and bulk supply for the trade, priced for the volume you actually move.

We sell both ways. A patient can buy a single pack over the counter with a pharmacist on hand to advise, and a pharmacy or hospital can order by the case against trade terms. The same stock, the same checks, two different ways of buying it.

  • Over-the-counter sales to individual customers
  • Trade pricing for pharmacies and hospitals
  • Bulk and part-case ordering
  • Pharmacist advice available on request

Recycling

Recovery and responsible processing of pharmaceutical packaging and medical plastics, so what we put into circulation does not end up in the ground.

Pharmaceutical supply generates a great deal of packaging, and most of it is recoverable. We take back cartons, crates and medical plastics from the customers we deliver to, sort them, and route them into responsible processing rather than leaving them for somebody else to deal with.

  • Packaging taken back on delivery rounds
  • Cartons, crates and medical plastics recovered
  • Sorted and routed to responsible processing
  • Waste handled separately from saleable stock

How an order actually moves

The same four steps sit behind every line we supply, whether it is a single carton for a clinic or a pallet for a hospital pharmacy.

  1. 01

    Source

We manufacture what we can and buy the rest from licensed suppliers we have checked, keeping the documentation on file.

  2. 02

    Verify

Registration details, batch numbers and expiry dates are recorded against stock before any of it is shelved for sale.

  3. 03

    Hold

Product is stored in conditions matched to what it is, with cold chain wherever the label asks for it, and rotated by expiry.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Orders are picked, double-checked and delivered against an agreed schedule, signed for on arrival with paperwork attached.

Which of these do you need from us?

Most customers start with one area and add others later. Tell us where the pressure is and we will tell you plainly whether we can take it off you.
