Medicine that arrives when it is needed.
Mankind Pharma Limited manufactures, sources, stores and delivers pharmaceutical products across Nigeria, supplying pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and consumers from one accountable supply chain.
- Registered product lines
- Cold chain end to end
- Amakohia, Imo State

Six business areas
Manufacturing, recycling, procurement, storage, distribution and retail or wholesale, run under one company and one set of records.
Six business areas
Manufacturing through to retail, handled inside one company.
Prescription and OTC
Registered medicine lines held in the conditions the label requires.
Trade and consumer
Pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and individual buyers, on the same stock.
Based in Imo State
Amakohia, serving the South East and reaching well beyond it.
One company across the whole chain
Most suppliers handle a single link and hand the rest to somebody else. We run six connected business areas, which is why a question about a batch has an answer rather than a phone number to call.
Manufacturing
Made under controlled conditions
Production of prescription and over-the-counter medicines under controlled, documented conditions, with checks recorded at every stage.

Sourced from suppliers we have checked
Sourcing from vetted manufacturers and licensed suppliers. Every batch arrives with its paperwork, and nothing enters stock without it.

Held the way the label requires
Warehousing built around the product: temperature control where it matters, batch traceability, and stock rotated so nothing reaches you near expiry.

Delivered on a schedule you can plan around
Scheduled delivery to pharmacies, hospitals and clinics, with the chain of custody recorded from our shelf to yours.

Single packs and full pallets
Counter sales for individual customers and bulk supply for the trade, priced for the volume you actually move.

What goes out comes back
Recovery and responsible processing of pharmaceutical packaging and medical plastics, so what we put into circulation does not end up in the ground.
Read moreFrom a ward round to a single counter
A teaching hospital and a one-room pharmacy do not order the same way, and they should not have to. We take both kinds of order seriously and run them through the same checks.

Pharmacies
Dependable restocking on fast-moving lines, with wholesale pricing and terms that suit an independent counter.
Hospitals
Volume supply of medicines and consumables against an agreed schedule, with documentation your procurement team can file.
Clinics
Smaller, more frequent orders handled properly, without a minimum that makes them uneconomical to place.
Individual consumers
Prescription and over-the-counter medicine sold directly, with a pharmacist to ask before you buy.
Not sure which applies to you?
Tell us what you need and how often you need it. If we are not the right supplier for that line, we will say so rather than take the order and leave you waiting.
Four steps, and a record at every one
Traceability is not a slogan here. It is the reason a batch can be pulled from circulation in an afternoon instead of a fortnight.
- 01
Source
We manufacture what we can and buy the rest from licensed suppliers we have checked, keeping the documentation on file.
- 02
Verify
Registration details, batch numbers and expiry dates are recorded against stock before any of it is shelved for sale.
- 03
Hold
Product is stored in conditions matched to what it is, with cold chain wherever the label asks for it, and rotated by expiry.
- 04
Deliver
Orders are picked, double-checked and delivered against an agreed schedule, signed for on arrival with paperwork attached.

Packaging comes back with the van
Cartons, crates and medical plastics are collected on the same rounds that deliver your order, then sorted and sent for recovery.
Nothing reaches a shelf we cannot account for
Counterfeit and badly stored medicine is a real problem, and the answer is boring paperwork done consistently. This is what we hold ourselves to on every order.
- Registered product lines only, with documentation held on file
- Batch number and expiry recorded against every order we ship
- Cold chain maintained in storage and in transit
- Suppliers checked before first supply and reviewed after it
- First-expiry-first-out rotation across the whole warehouse
- Packaging and medical plastics recovered for recycling
Medicine, supplies and the lines that sell beside them
Five categories, held in enough depth that a restock order does not come back half filled.
Prescription medicines
Registered prescription lines supplied to pharmacies, hospitals and clinics, and dispensed to patients against a valid prescription.
- Antibiotics and antimalarials
- Cardiovascular and antihypertensives
- Analgesics and anti-inflammatories
Over-the-counter medicines
Everyday medicine a household reaches for, held in depth so your counter does not run dry on the lines that sell hardest.
- Pain relief and fever management
- Cough, cold and flu preparations
- Antacids and digestive care
Medical supplies
The consumables a ward or a treatment room gets through daily, supplied by the case and replenished on schedule.
- Gloves, masks and protective wear
- Syringes, needles and cannulae
- Dressings, gauze and bandages
Health-related products
Products that sit alongside medicine on the shelf and are bought in the same visit, from supplements to first aid.
- Vitamins and nutritional supplements
- First aid and home care
- Mother and baby care
General trade lines
Non-health products carried alongside the core range, so a trade customer can consolidate more of an order with one supplier.
- Household and cleaning consumables
- Packaging and dispensary sundries
- Retail fast-moving consumer goods
